Information on the website
We describe the platform as it works in its current release. Features, limits and screens may change between releases. Console screens use demo data. Nothing on the website is an offer: prices, scope, service levels and deliverables are set only in a written quote or agreement.
Figures such as message or row limits are functional limits of the software, not throughput or delivery guarantees.
Intellectual property
The website, its texts, diagrams, screens, the Auvia Gateway name and logo belong to Auvia Gateway or its licensors. Photos are used under the Unsplash licence. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Demo and quote requests
When you send a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the company you name. We handle the data as described in the privacy policy. A request does not create an obligation for either side.
Links to other websites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.
Liability
The website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Auvia Gateway is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content, including loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.
