What we collect
When you send the demo or quote form: your name, company, work email, and, if you give them, your phone number and role. We also receive what you select or write in the form: the type of request, business type, protocols, installation preference, areas of interest, monthly volume and your message, together with your consent.
When you browse: our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your request for a demo, a quote or a technical evaluation, and to follow up on it. The basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and your consent given in the form.
- To run and secure the website, including preventing abuse of the form. The basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure site.
- To comply with the law when we are required to keep or disclose information.
We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
- Hosting and content delivery: Cloudflare serves this website and passes the form to our systems.
- Application hosting: the provider that runs the system receiving form requests.
- Email: Resend, which delivers form requests to our inbox, and the provider we use to read and answer your messages.
These providers act on our instructions and only for these purposes. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates and outside the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, we rely on adequacy decisions or on contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests and the related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the contract terms apply. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are kept for a short period for security.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under auvia-theme; it never leaves your device. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell people from automated traffic. Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third parties.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing done before.
Write to sales@auviagateway.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS, the form accepts requests only from this site, and access to requests is limited to the people who handle them.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
