FAQ

ISO questions

What is the difference between ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001?
ISO 9001 sets requirements for a quality management system: consistent processes, customer focus and continual improvement. ISO/IEC 27001 sets requirements for an information security management system: assessing risks and applying controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
Can we get a copy of the certificates?
Yes. Ask through the contact form and we send the certificates with their scope and validity.
Does the platform help with our own ISO/IEC 27001 audit?
The platform provides controls auditors look for: role-based access, an audit log of user actions and sign-ins, encryption in transit, and records for every message. How you use them is part of your own management system.
