AI console questions
Does the AI console send our data to an AI provider?
Only masked data. Before anything leaves the platform, phone numbers, senders, texts, emails, customer and supplier names, system IDs and IP addresses are replaced by placeholders. Masking can be turned off only for a local model on your private network.
Which AI providers are supported?
Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and local OpenAI-compatible models such as Ollama or vLLM on your own network.
Can the AI change my configuration?
Only five kinds of change, one at a time, and only after you press Confirm on a card that shows current and new values: create or update a customer, create or update a customer account, and set a customer's price for a destination.
Who can use the AI console?
Platform admins. Every protected call is recorded in the audit log, and conversations can be shared read-only with other admins.
What data can it read?
Messages, message journeys, decoded PDUs, SMPP events, top errors and the same traffic and money reports as General Statistics. Ad hoc analysis runs only with a dedicated read-only database user and never reads numbers, texts, PDUs, IPs or system IDs.
